Atten is a gentle, brain-friendly planning app designed for people with ADHD. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is used.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the app:
- Account info: your name and email address when you sign up
- Planner data: tasks, mood entries, habits, brain dump notes, sleep data, and any other content you enter
- Usage data: app open dates and streak counts to track your progress
- Payment status: whether you have completed your one-time payment. We do not store card details — payments are processed entirely by Stripe
3. How We Use Your Data
- To sync your planner data securely across your devices
- To authenticate your account
- To remember your payment status
- To send you an email verification when you sign up
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google): secure authentication and cloud data storage — Firebase Privacy Policy

5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. Only you can access your own data — it is protected by your account credentials. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data

7. Children's Privacy
Atten is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
